Prosciutto & Cream Cheese Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 leaf lettuce leaves (about 60g)
  • 3 slices prosciutto (about 15g)
  • 2 portions cream cheese (about 40g)
  • Sliced almonds (to taste)

  • Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Soak leaf lettuce in cold water, drain, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut prosciutto in half. Tear cream cheese into small chunks.
  3. Toast sliced almonds in a dry pan until golden.
  4. Arrange lettuce on a plate, top with prosciutto and cream cheese, sprinkle with almonds, and drizzle with dressing.
