Prosciutto & Cream Cheese Salad
A light salad with leaf lettuce, prosciutto, cream cheese, and toasted almonds, finished with Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 3 leaf lettuce leaves (about 60g)
- 3 slices prosciutto (about 15g)
- 2 portions cream cheese (about 40g)
- Sliced almonds (to taste)
Kewpie Olive Oil & Onion Dressing (to taste)
Instructions
- Soak leaf lettuce in cold water, drain, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut prosciutto in half. Tear cream cheese into small chunks.
- Toast sliced almonds in a dry pan until golden.
- Arrange lettuce on a plate, top with prosciutto and cream cheese, sprinkle with almonds, and drizzle with dressing.
