Try this easy coleslaw sandwich rolled in white bread with cabbage, carrot, ham, and corn tossed in Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Sliced white bread – 2 slices (6-slice thickness)
  • Cabbage – 2 leaves (120g), shredded
  • Carrot – 1/8 (23g), peeled and shredded
  • Ham – 1 slice (15g), shredded
  • Whole kernel corn – 1 pack (50g)

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage, carrot, and ham.
  2. In a bowl, mix with corn and dressing. Let it sit briefly to blend flavors.
  3. Lay a piece of plastic wrap on a surface, place a slice of bread and the coleslaw mix on top. Roll tightly and cut in half.
  4. Serve with any leftover coleslaw on the side.
