Seafood, Lettuce, and Cucumber Salad
A refreshing seafood salad with diced cucumber and lettuce, brought together with savory Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 3 leaves of lettuce (about 87g)
- 1/2 cucumber (about 49g), cut into 1cm cubes
- 150g seafood mix (boiled according to package instructions and drained)
Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing – to taste
Instructions
- Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain thoroughly, and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the cucumber into 1cm cubes. Boil the seafood mix following the package directions and drain well.
- Arrange the lettuce on a plate, top with the cucumber and seafood, and drizzle with Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
