Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 medium egg (approx. 51g)
- Approx. 2 tablespoons Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Pipe the Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread around the inner edge of the bread to form a border. Crack the egg into the center.
- Place the toast on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven until the egg is cooked to your desired doneness.
Tip: To prevent burning, loosely cover the toast with foil during baking if needed. Adjust toasting time based on your oven.
