Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 slice of sandwich bread (thick-cut preferred)
- 1 medium egg (approx. 51g)
- Approx. 2 2/3 tablespoons Kewpie Teriyaki Sauce & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Pipe the Kewpie Teriyaki Sauce & Mayo Spread around the inner edge of the bread to create a border. Crack the egg into the center.
- Place on aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven until the egg is cooked to your preferred doneness.
Tip: If the toast begins to brown too quickly, loosely cover it with foil during baking. Adjust time as needed for a soft or firmer yolk.
