- 4 g dried wakame seaweed

Kewpie Chinese Dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Rehydrate the wakame in water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water, then rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- Combine the wakame, bean sprouts, and soybeans in a bowl.
- Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with Chinese dressing before serving.
Tips
- Drain all ingredients thoroughly to prevent dilution of the dressing.
- This salad pairs well with rice or grilled fish as a side dish.
