  1. Kewpie Carrot Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 2 leaves spring cabbage, shredded into 3mm strips (120g)
  • 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced (94g)
  • 100g canned whole corn (e.g., Salad Club Hokkaido Corn)
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie Carrot Dressing

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage finely and thinly slice the sweet onion.
  2. Combine the cabbage, onion, and corn in a bowl. Toss with Kewpie Carrot Dressing until evenly coated and let sit briefly before serving.
