Ingredients (Serves 2)

- 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced (94g)
- 100g canned whole corn (e.g., Salad Club Hokkaido Corn)
- 3 tablespoons Kewpie Carrot Dressing
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage finely and thinly slice the sweet onion.
- Combine the cabbage, onion, and corn in a bowl. Toss with Kewpie Carrot Dressing until evenly coated and let sit briefly before serving.
