Steamed Chicken and Bell Pepper with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 boneless chicken thigh (250g), sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 onion (94g), thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (80g), roughly chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons Kewpie Lemon Dressing

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Marinate in Kewpie Lemon Dressing for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the vegetables: slice the onion thinly and chop the red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a microwave-safe container, combine the marinated chicken with the vegetables and pour in the remaining marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave (500W) for about 6 minutes and 30 seconds, or until cooked through.
