Taco-Style Sandwich with Avocado, Tomato, and Beef

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 2 slices sandwich bread (thin-cut, 8-slice pack)
• 2 lettuce leaves (58g), shredded and rinsed
• 1/4 tomato (41g), diced into 1 cm cubes
• 1/2 avocado (70g), sliced into 5 mm pieces
• 50g thin-sliced beef
• Salad oil, as needed
• 2 tablespoons Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing
  

Instructions

1. Shred the lettuce and soak in cold water, then drain well. Dice the tomato into 1 cm cubes.
2. Slice the avocado into 5 mm thick pieces.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, cook the beef until browned, then remove from heat and toss with Kewpie CobbSalad Dressing.
4. Toast the bread slices in a toaster until golden.
5. Assemble the sandwich: layer avocado, dressed beef, tomato, and lettuce onto one slice, then top with the second slice. Cut in half to serve.

Tips

• For avocado, slice around the pit, twist to separate, remove the pit, and peel before slicing.
• Adjust toaster time as needed for your preferred bread crispness.
