Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 3 stalks mizuna (about 81g), cut into 4cm lengths
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper (about 40g), thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion (about 2g), finely chopped
  • 1/2 block firm tofu (approx. 180g), drained and crumbled

  • Kewpie Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing, Half Calories (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vegetables: cut mizuna into 4cm lengths and slice the yellow bell pepper thinly.
  2. Drain the tofu and break into large chunks. For easy draining, wrap in paper towel and microwave for about 1 minute 40 seconds at 600W, then cool.
  3. Place the mizuna and bell pepper on a serving plate. Top with tofu and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Drizzle with sesame dressing and serve.

Tips

  • Microwaving the tofu in paper towel is a quick and effective way to remove excess moisture.
