Tofu Salad with Ponzu Sesame Dressing

Instructions

  1. Soak lettuce in cold water to crisp it, then drain and tear into pieces.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain tofu and cut into 8 even pieces.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a serving plate. Top with tofu and tomatoes. Drizzle with Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame with Ponzu Sauce Dressing.

Tips

  • For easy tofu draining, wrap tofu in paper towel and microwave (600W) for 1 minute 30 seconds, then cool.
