Tomato and Mixed Bean Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 tomato, cut into 2cm cubes (170g)
  • 1/4 red onion, roughly minced and soaked in water (35g)
  • 1 packet (50g) mixed beans (e.g., chickpeas, green peas, kidney beans)

  • Kewpie Carrot Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomato into 2cm cubes.
  2. Roughly mince the red onion, soak in water, and drain well.
  3. Place the tomato, onion, and mixed beans in a serving bowl. Drizzle with Kewpie Carrot Dressing just before serving.
