Tomato, Edamame, and Corn Chunky Salad

This quick salad mixes tomato, edamame, corn, and cheese with Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing. A veggie-packed side dish ready in 5 minutes.

  1. Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • Tomato – 1/2 (83g), diced into 1.5 cm cubes
  • Frozen edamame – 14 pods (20g), shelled after thawing
  • Processed cheese – 2 cubes (20g), cut into 1 cm cubes
  • Whole kernel corn – 2 tablespoons

  • Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Dice the tomato into 1.5 cm pieces. Thaw the edamame according to package instructions and remove from pods. Cut cheese into 1 cm cubes.
  2. Combine the tomato, edamame, cheese, and corn in a bowl. Toss with the dressing and serve.
