Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the myoga and shiso leaves.
  2. Cut the tonkatsu into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange shredded cabbage on a plate. Top with the tonkatsu, then layer on the sliced myoga and shiso. Drizzle with sesame dressing and serve.

Tips

  • For the freshest taste, add the aromatic herbs just before serving.
