Tuna and Avocado with Chinese Dressing

A fresh, flavorful mix of cubed tuna and avocado tossed in sesame-rich Kewpie Chinese Dressing and topped with green onion and nori.

  1. Kewpie Chinese Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 100g raw tuna, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1/2 avocado (about 70g), peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 scallion (about 2g), finely sliced
  • Nori (seaweed), torn into small pieces

  • Kewpie Chinese Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut both the tuna and avocado into 2cm cubes. Be sure to peel and pit the avocado first.
  2. Place the tuna and avocado in a bowl and toss gently with Chinese dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with sliced scallion and torn nori.

Tips

  • To cut avocado: slice around the pit lengthwise, twist to separate, remove the pit, then peel before cubing.
