
Tuna Mayo & Corn Mayo Salad Hand Rolls
These Japanese-style salad hand rolls are filled with sushi rice, crisp vegetables, and a mix of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread and corn mayo. A fun, easy-to-make recipe that’s perfect for lunch or casual gatherings.
Ingredients (Makes 4 hand rolls)
- 200g sushi rice
- 1/4 cucumber (approx. 25g), cut into sticks
- 1/2 lettuce leaf (approx. 15g), rinsed and halved
- 2 sheets of nori (seaweed), halved
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie Corn & Mayo Spread
Instructions
- Divide the sushi rice into 4 equal portions.
- Cut the cucumber into sticks. Rinse and drain the lettuce, then cut it in half.
- For the first two hand rolls: place a half-sheet of nori, layer it with one portion of rice and lettuce, and top with 1 tablespoon of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread. Roll tightly.
- For the other two: use sushi rice and cucumber, and top with 1 tablespoon of corn mayo. Roll tightly.
