
Tuna Mayo Roll Pan Sandwich
These easy-to-make roll pan sandwiches are filled with fresh vegetables and Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread. Perfect as a light lunch, party snack, or part of a Japanese-style meal at home.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 4 medium-sized roll pans (approx. 140g)
- 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g)
- 1/4 cucumber (approx. 25g), thinly sliced on a diagonal
- 1/4 tomato (approx. 41g), thinly sliced into half-moons
Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread, as needed
Instructions
- Rinse the lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomato into thin half-moons.
- Slice the cucumber diagonally into thin pieces.
- Cut each roll pan lengthwise to create a pocket. For two of the rolls, layer with lettuce and tomato, then add Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread. For the remaining two rolls, use cucumber and tuna mayo.
Tip: Lightly toasting the rolls in a toaster oven adds extra texture and flavor.
