Udon with Green Onion, Bonito Flakes, and Sesame Dressing
Try this quick udon bowl topped with green onion, bonito flakes, and a raw egg, finished with Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 1 serving udon noodles (about 220g)
- 5 stalks green onion (about 10g), finely sliced
- 1 egg (about 51g)
- 2.5g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame Dressing, to taste
Instructions
- Cook udon according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
- Place the udon in a bowl. Leave space in the center, then top with green onions and bonito flakes. Crack the egg into the center and drizzle with deep-fried sesame dressing.
- Mix well before eating.
