Udon with Natto, Kimchi, and Deep-fried Sesame Dressing

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 serving udon noodles (about 220g)
  • 1 small pack natto (about 40g)
  • 25g kimchi
  • 1 egg (M size, about 51g)
  • 2 green onions (about 4g), finely sliced

  • Kewpie Deep-fried Sesame Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon according to the package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
  2. Slice the green onions finely.
  3. Place the udon in a serving bowl. Leave the center open and top with natto, kimchi, and green onion. Crack the raw egg into the center. Drizzle with deep-fried sesame dressing.
  4. Mix well before eating.

  • Ensure udon is well-drained to keep the dish from becoming watery.
