Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 bunch watercress (approx. 50g), cut into bite-sized lengths
  • 1/4 apple (approx. 53g), sliced into thin half-moons with skin on
  • 1/4 onion (approx. 47g), thinly sliced and soaked in water, then drained
  • 5g sliced almonds, toasted until golden

  • Kewpie White French Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut watercress into easy-to-eat lengths. Thinly slice the onion and soak it in water, then drain well.
  2. Wash the apple well and slice into thin, half-moon pieces with the skin on.
  3. Toast the sliced almonds in a toaster oven until lightly browned.
  4. Arrange the watercress, onion, and apple on a plate. Drizzle with Kewpie White French Dressing and sprinkle the almonds on top before serving.
