Crisp Apple and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• Carrot – 1/4 (45g), peeled and julienned
• Cucumber – 1/2 (49g), halved lengthwise and thinly sliced diagonally
• Apple – 1/2 (110g), thinly sliced with skin on
• 
  Kewpie Creamy Vegetable Dressing (Carrot & Onion) – to taste

Instructions

1. Peel and julienne the carrot. Wash the apple well and slice thinly with skin on. Slice the cucumber diagonally after halving it lengthwise.
2. Arrange all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with creamy vegetable dressing. Optionally let sit to marinate before serving.
