Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 2 tortillas (approx. 86g total)
- 1 bag of mixed salad greens (approx. 100g)
- 4 mini sausages (approx. 80g)
- 2 slices of cheese (approx. 36g)
- 4 tablespoons Kewpie Curry Spread
Instructions
- In a dry frying pan, cook the sausages until lightly browned.
- Heat the tortillas according to package instructions. On each tortilla, layer one slice of cheese, half the mixed salad, and half the sausages.
- Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Curry Spread. Wrap tightly in wax paper and slice in half. Repeat to make a second wrap.
