At Konbini Stop, we ship internationally from Japan and are committed to delivering your favorite products as efficiently and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with an average processing time of 3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, modify the shipping address, or add tracking if the selected shipping method does not include it.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer three international shipping options via Japan Post:

1. International Standard Shipping (No Tracking)
   – For packages under 2kg. ⚠️ Does NOT include tracking. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight.

2. International Standard Shipping (With Tracking)
   For packages under 2kg. Includes tracking for peace of mind. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight.
   

3. International Parcel (Tracked)
   Automatically selected for packages over 2kg. Tracked worldwide delivery. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on total weight.
   

Important:
Shipping rates are not set by us — they are based on Japan Post's official pricing and are calculated according to the total weight of your package.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, import duties, customs taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

• Each country has its own rules and thresholds for duties and taxes — it is the customer’s responsibility to check with their local customs office if unsure.

🔁 Cancellations, Returns & Undeliverable Orders

We do not accept cancellations or refunds for any orders that have already shipped.

Due to the nature of our products (primarily food, cosmetics, and personal items), we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This is for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete and accurate at the time of ordering. If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address, or refused/unpaid customs taxes, we are unable to offer a refund.

Returned packages will be evaluated individually:

• You may choose to reship the package (shipping fee will need to be paid again, as it was already used).

• Or, you may choose to receive a refund for the product(s) only (original shipping cost is non-refundable).

🕐 Shipping Delays

Please understand that shipping times vary depending on the destination country. We rely on Japan Post and your local postal service to complete delivery. Delays may occur due to:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Local postal service disruptions

• Natural disasters or global events

Once your package leaves Japan, we have no control over final delivery, and delays are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

📮 Tracking

• If you selected a shipping method with tracking, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

• If you selected a non-tracked shipping option, we are unable to provide any updates after the package leaves Japan.
