At Konbini Stop, we ship worldwide directly from Japan and aim to deliver your favorite products as safely and efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with an average processing time of 3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
Processing times may be longer during:

New Year holidays — Japan Post is closed until around January 5, so shipments are paused until services resume.
Once your order has been shipped:

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and Japan Post’s official rates.

📦 Packaging & Product Type
We prepare and pack each order with care. Depending on the contents, we may use:

All products we ship are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.
🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Undeliverable Packages
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food, snacks, cosmetics, personal items), we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This is for safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was:

Tracked Shipments
If a tracked shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Konbini Stop cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
Untracked Shipments
For non-tracked shipping options:
