At Konbini Stop, we ship worldwide directly from Japan and aim to deliver your favorite products as safely and efficiently as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with an average processing time of 3 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).

Processing times may be longer during:

• Japanese national holidays

• Golden Week (late April–early May)

• Obon (mid-August)

• New Year holidays — Japan Post is closed until around January 5, so shipments are paused until services resume.

Once your order has been shipped:

• It cannot be cancelled

• The shipping address cannot be modified

• Tracking cannot be added if you selected a non-tracked shipping method

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via Japan Post. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and Japan Post’s official rates.

We currently offer the following international shipping options:

1. International Standard Shipping (No Tracking)

• Available for packages under 2 kg

• No tracking is provided

• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight

2. International Standard Shipping (With Tracking)

• Available for packages under 2 kg

• Includes a tracking number

• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight

3. International Parcel (Tracked)

• Automatically applied for packages over 2 kg

• Includes tracking

• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight

🌟 Special Shipping Options for Selected Countries (Under 500 g)

For orders shipping to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, United Kingdom

we offer additional options for packages under 500 g:

Free Shipping (No Tracking)

• We cover the shipping cost

• This option does not include tracking

Free Shipping + Tracking

• Shipping cost is covered by us

• You can add tracking for a small additional fee

These options are only available for eligible orders under 500 g and will appear automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.

Note: Shipping rates and availability are based on Japan Post tariffs. Konbini Stop does not control carrier pricing.

🌍 International Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination country.
On average, most orders arrive within 10–15 days (total days, not only business days).

However, delivery may take longer depending on:

• Customs processing in the destination country

• Local postal service handling

• Distance from main distribution areas within the country

These time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Import duties, VAT, and customs handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in your order total

• They are the responsibility of the customer

• Each country has its own rules, thresholds, and tax policies

Konbini Stop is not responsible for:

• Additional customs charges

• Delays caused by customs

• Packages returned due to unpaid taxes or refusal by customs

📦 Packaging & Product Type

We prepare and pack each order with care. Depending on the contents, we may use:

• Cardboard boxes

• Outer wrapping to protect from moisture

• Bubble wrap

• Additional internal padding for fragile items

All products we ship are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration.

🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Undeliverable Packages

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food, snacks, cosmetics, personal items), we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This is for safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Unclaimed, Refused, or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was:

• Not claimed

• Refused by the recipient

• Returned due to unpaid customs or import taxes

• Returned due to address issues

then:

• Once the package arrives back in Japan, we will inspect the contents

• If the products are still in good, resellable condition, you may choose:

1. Reshipment of the package

   • A new shipping fee must be paid (including for orders that originally shipped with a “free shipping” option)

2. Refund for the product(s) only

   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as the service was already used

Packages that are returned because they were never claimed are not eligible for a full refund.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Tracked Shipments

If a tracked shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, Konbini Stop cannot be held responsible for loss or theft after delivery.

Untracked Shipments

For non-tracked shipping options:

• No tracking information or delivery confirmation is available

• We are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or investigations for these shipments

By choosing a non-tracked shipping method, the customer accepts the associated risk.

🕐 Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by:

• Customs clearance procedures

• Local postal service delays

• Weather conditions or natural events

• Global or regional disruptions

• Peak periods (e.g. Christmas, major sales events)

• Japanese national holidays and Japan Post closures

Delays caused by these factors are not grounds for order cancellation or refund.

📬 Tracking Information

• If you selected a tracked shipping option, a tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

• If you selected a non-tracked option, we cannot provide tracking updates after the package leaves Japan.
