Fluffy Egg Stir-Fry with Pork Belly and Cabbage
A quick stir-fry with pork belly, cabbage, and softly scrambled egg, finished with savory Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 3 cabbage leaves (about 180g), cut into 3cm squares
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly (for shabu-shabu), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 eggs (about 100g), beaten
- 4 tablespoons Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing
Instructions
- Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a frying pan (no oil needed) and cook the pork until its color changes. Add the cabbage and continue to stir-fry.
- Push the meat and cabbage to one side of the pan, pour the beaten eggs into the empty space, and cook until softly set. Mix everything together.
- Add Kewpie Grated Onion Dressing and toss to coat evenly.
