Lettuce, Mushroom, and Boiled Egg Tossed Salad
A quick tossed salad of lettuce, ham, mushrooms, and sliced boiled egg, dressed with herb-rich Kewpie Paysanne Salad Dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 3 leaves of lettuce (about 87g)
- 3 mushrooms (about 27g)
- 2 slices of ham (about 30g)
- 1 boiled egg (about 51g)
- 3 tbsp Kewpie Paysanne Salad Dressing
Instructions
- Cut lettuce into thin 1cm strips. Halve the ham and slice into 1cm strips. Remove mushroom stems and slice thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce, ham, and mushrooms with Kewpie Paysanne Salad Dressing. Toss gently to coat. Top with thin slices of boiled egg before serving.
