Instructions

  1. Soak the lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drain the tofu and cut into 1 cm thick slices.
  3. Slice the green onion into thin white strands (shiraganegi style).
  4. Layer the lettuce and tofu on a plate. Drizzle with dressing, then top with the shredded leek.

Tips

  • You can substitute silken tofu with firm (momen) tofu for a different texture.
