Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 80g thinly sliced pork (komagire style)
  • 1 pack maitake mushrooms, broken into small florets
  • 3 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Parsley, minced (for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Aohata Verde Garlic Toast Spread (approx. 15 arrows on the package)

Instructions

  1. Remove the base from the maitake mushrooms and separate them into small pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mince the parsley.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add the pork and stir-fry until browned. Add maitake and continue cooking.
  3. Pour in the water, then add cherry tomatoes and Aohata Verde Garlic Toast Spread. Stir well and cook until everything is evenly coated and slightly glossy.
  4. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
