Processing and Delivery Time

At Konbini Stop, our dedicated team works diligently to process and ship your order as swiftly as possible. Please note that our standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is placed. However, we typically manage to ship orders within 2 business days of placement.

We offer two shipping options at checkout: one with tracking and one without. For orders that select shipping with tracking, a notification along with the Japan Post tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped. This allows you to follow your package's journey from Japan to your doorstep.

While we strive for speedy delivery, please be mindful that delivery times may vary based on your location, as all our packages are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Origin

We are proud to operate as a local Japanese business. Food products are processed, packaged, and shipped directly from Japan to our customers worldwide. Other goods are shipped separately.

Shipping Costs and Services

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order. These rates are determined by Japan Post services, which we use due to their reliability and trustworthiness. We do not have control over these costs, as they are mandated by Japan Post.

We are delighted to offer free shipping for all orders exceeding $100 USD.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges are beyond our control and can vary widely from country to country.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please ensure all order details are accurate prior to finalizing your purchase, including product selection and shipping address. After an order has been placed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the products or the shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

At Konbini Stop, we strive to provide detailed product descriptions to ensure you are confident in your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you have any questions or need further information about a product before placing your order, please consult with our customer service team. We will be more than happy to assist you in making the right choice.

Please note that we do not provide refunds for unclaimed packages, regret purchases, or dissatisfaction with the product's taste or quality. Additionally, orders placed with shipping without tracking cannot open claims or request refunds for packages not received. It is essential to consider this when choosing your shipping method at checkout.
