Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 large potato, peeled and sliced into 5mm rounds
  • 1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 slices cooking cheese (meltable)

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the potato slices in salted water until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Boil broccoli in salted water until bright green and tender. Drain well.
