Colorful Vegetable and Salmon Jar Salad with Kewpie Italian Dressing

This jar salad layers fresh vegetables, chickpeas, corn, and cubed salmon with the zesty herb flavor of Kewpie Italian Dressing. A refreshing, make-ahead lunch or light dinner idea.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ½ cucumber (approx. 49g), cut into 1 cm half-moons
  • 4 mini tomatoes (approx. 36g), halved
  • 70g sashimi-grade salmon, cubed (1.5 cm)
  • 1/3 bag Salad Club “10 Vegetable Mix” (approx. 53g)
  • 1 bag Salad Club Chickpeas (Garbanzo) (50g)
  • 100g Salad Club Hokkaido Corn
  • 4 tbsp Kewpie Italian Dressing

Instructions

  1. Add Italian dressing to the bottom of a sealable glass jar or container.
  2. Layer the ingredients in this order: cucumber, corn, mini tomatoes, chickpeas, salmon, and finally the mixed vegetable salad.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Before serving, shake well to mix. Pour into a bowl to serve.
