Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 29g), torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 carrot (about 45g), shredded
  • 1 pack Salad Club Hokkaido Corn (Whole), 100g
  • Kewpie Italian Dressing, to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak lettuce in cold water and drain well. Shred carrot using a slicer.
