Lettuce, Zucchini & Chicken Salad with Kewpie Italian Dressing
This make-ahead salad combines crisp lettuce, zucchini, celery, and tender chicken strips in a seasoned Kewpie Italian Dressing. Ready in minutes and keeps well for 2–3 days—perfect for an easy extra veggie side.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 10 lettuce leaves (approx. 290g), rinsed and cut into 1 cm strips
- 80g zucchini, cut into batons
- 2/3 celery stalk (approx. 57g), thinly sliced on the diagonal
- 2 pouches Salad Club chicken strips (80g total)
- 6 tablespoons Kewpie Italian Dressing
Instructions
- Wash lettuce thoroughly, drain, and slice into 1 cm-wide pieces. Cut zucchini into batons and slice celery thinly on the diagonal.
- In a bowl, combine lettuce, zucchini, celery, and chicken strips. Add Italian dressing and toss gently to coat.
