Tuna Mayo Omelette made with Kewpie Spread

This simple omelette recipe brings a Japanese twist to your morning routine. Made with Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread, it's a quick and savory breakfast you can prepare in just a few minutes.

Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 2 medium eggs (approx. 100g)
  • 2 cherry tomatoes (approx. 36g)
  • 1 leaf of lettuce (approx. 20g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil, as needed
  • 2 tablespoons of Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and beat until well mixed.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently. When the eggs are half-cooked, squeeze the Kewpie Tuna & Mayo Spread into the center. Fold both sides of the omelette toward the center to shape it.
  3. Transfer to a plate and serve with cherry tomatoes and torn lettuce leaves that have been rinsed in cold water and drained well.
